Page, AZ real estate sales were a bit higher in November than in October, which is unusual. I would think this is due somewhat to the extension of the $8000 homebuyer tax credit.
Here’s what happened in November:
Single Family Homes sold – 5 in Page AZ sold for an average price of $194,400.
Manufactured and Mobile Homes sold – 4 in Page, AZ and 1 in Big Water, UT for an average price on $120,480. Not broken down this month were mobile homes – which it appears two of these sales were.
Single family property – 1 lot in Sunrise Subdivision in Page, AZ sold for $75,000.
With the extension of the $8000 first time homebuyers tax credit, and the addition of the “move up” credit, this could be your perfect time to buy a home in the Lake Powell area or trade up on your current home.
